OUR PROVEN PROCESS

Here is our 8-Step Proven Process for any campaign. Though steps can vary based on your specific, customized campaign, this is the format we adhere to 9 times out of 10.

  • You talk, we listen. What are your goals? Who are YOUR people? What are you wanting to advertise?

    We take notes, ask clarifying questions and are always available to offer suggestions if you are stumped with your specific targeting needs.

  • We have a LOT of targeting tools and advertising channels at our disposal. In this section of the process, we head back to our offices and strategies the best of these tools and channels to help you reach your goals.

  • Here, we present our media strategy and what it will cost. This is a time for more questions. Though we consider ourselves experts on digital advertising, we are always open to ideas and discussion. This is a team effort and we want to make sure you get the best campaign possible.

  • Once a media plan is agreed upon and contract signed, we head into build mode. The entire campaign is built out and any creative trafficking done.

  • When day one of your campaign flight arrives, the internet leprechauns get to work and your campaign goes live!

  • Programmatic advertising is far from a set it and forget it type of campaign. Our teams optimizes budget daily (starting day 2), and more liberal optimizations start around week 1-2. We optimize toward KPIs and in getting the best bang for your buck.

  • Depending on the flight of your campaign, we offer automatic monthly reporting as well as any reporting upon request. Reporting usually arrives within 15 days of previous month or campaign close.

  • Once your flight dates end, we find time for a deep dive meeting where we pull together all reports and work through results and any additional market findings from the campaign. Questions are encouraged to help you best understand the results and what to make of them going forward in future campaigns. This also is usually completed within 15 days of campaign end.
